This is essentially a one person operation though my wife helps whenever she can. I make every effort to produce a product that is free of defects and can be used as advertised, but I also recognize that I am not infallible. Customer satisfaction is a primary goal, so the refund and return policy is simple:
Returns: If any product from Schoolmarm Wood Publications is defective or damaged upon being received by the customer, it will be replaced immediately, without charge, once I know about it. I only ask that the defective product be returned to me so I can see what was wrong in order to correct the problem and prevent it from happening again. Notification can be by phone, email, or regular mail. Please use the contact information below to reach me.
Refunds: If a customer is dissatisfied with a product, a refund will be issued if, after I have talked to or corresponded with them, we are unable to resolve the problem to their satisfaction. This feedback is essential to improving the products, and is the primary reason for wanting to talk to the customer. The refund will be sent upon receiving the product at the address below, and will include the shipping charges for its return.
